  • If you have chosen shared occupancy, you will share your room with another traveller of the same gender. For those who have opted for single occupancy, you will enjoy the privacy of having a room all to yourself.

    If you are traveling with friends or as part of a group, we will ensure that you are accommodated together in the same room or suite. Alternatively, if you are embarking on this journey as a solo traveller, rest assured that we will make arrangements to ensure you are comfortably accommodated.

    Anima is based in London, but we welcome travellers from all over the world.

    Our trips are usually conducted in English. With that being said, we have a diverse, multilingual team at Anima and we are a community-driven platform, emphasising on diversity and inclusion everywhere we go, so don’t be afraid to join us.

  • Absolutely!

    We welcome solo travellers with open arms, and are committed to making you feel safe and at home throughout your journey. Many of our guests embark on our journeys independently, and our trips provide an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded souls from around the world. Our group dynamic cultivates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where you can forge new connections and create lasting memories.

    So, take a leap of faith and join us alone. You will experience the power of connecting with strangers and you will find a warm and welcoming community awaiting you on our adventures.

  • No problem at all!

    All fitness activities are encouraged as movement is one of the elements that makes up Anima, but not mandatory. Anything that you find doesn't suit you will be deemed optional and will not affect any other part of the trip. All other activities will remain the same.

    Meanwhile, our instructors are professionally trained and they will be able to offer modifications to accommodate for injuries or varied fitness levels. However, we recommend that you get in touch with us prior to the trip if there is anything that you think we should be aware of.

  • After securing a spot, you will receive an order confirmation email and our team will be in touch with you soon after that with more information about the trip.

    If you paid in deposit, you will receive a reminder email about payment of any outstanding sums owed (the balance) 15 to 30 days before due date. The balance must be made at least 60 days before the start date of your trip. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of purchase and no booking fee (deposit) will be offered.

    You will receive another email with more information about the trip 30 days before the trip and 14 days before the trip to make sure you know exactly where to be and when. Feel free to contact us anytime, if you have any questions about your trip.

  • We understand that no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their trip, but often unexpected things do happen, so we advise you to have adequate travel cancellation insurance in place before booking your trip.

    If you need to cancel any booking, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

    If you cancel 90 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date, and excluding the £500 per person deposit which is non-refundable.

    If you cancel between 60 - 90 days before the start date of your trip, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid, and excluding the £500 per person deposit which is non-refundable.

    If you cancel less than 60 days before the start date of your trip, all sums are non-refundable, and including the £500 per person deposit which is non-refundable, resulting in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.

    Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, and we hope for your understanding.

  • All travellers should present a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours before arrival. If tested positive for COVID-19, there are two options available:

    You can move to a trip later in the year with complete flexibility on dates and destinations. Any payments made will be credited in full towards a room of your choice on another trip within a year from the start date of your original booking. This will be valid for only one year from the start date of your original booking.

    If you have not found a trip to join us within a year from the start date of your original booking, we will send you an extension offer of the credit until the following year, or the option for a full refund to the amount paid.

    According to our policy, deposits will still be non-refundable, hence any requested refunds will be made excluding that amount. Instead, your deposit will be added as a credit to your account for any future trip you may be interested in taking with us.
